Fusion Play Studio builds mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use our games, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

We do not intentionally ask you to provide personally identifying information such as your name, home address, or phone number through normal gameplay. Our games use analytics and advertising services that may automatically process certain technical and usage information, including:

Approximate location, which may be inferred from your IP address. We do not request precise GPS location for these purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our games may use the following third-party services:

Google Firebase Analytics — used to understand gameplay and app usage.
GameAnalytics — used to analyze gameplay events, progression, sessions, engagement, and other game-performance metrics.
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads — used to display and measure advertisements.
Unity Ads — may be used as an advertising source through AdMob mediation.

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and the configuration of their SDKs in the app.

Advertising and Consent

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, our game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy or consent choices before advertising-related processing. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or subject to other limited processing.

In regions where a privacy-options entry point is required, the game may provide a Privacy Choices or similar option in its settings so you can review or update your advertising privacy choices.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising and analytics providers may, however, process or share certain information for advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and related purposes. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing.” Where applicable, you can use the privacy choices presented in the app to opt out or change your preferences.

Information handled by third-party services is retained according to the retention settings and policies of those providers and the settings configured for our app. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your region, device, and applicable law, you may be able to limit certain analytics or advertising-related processing through privacy choices made available in the game, your device settings, or your account settings with the relevant service provider.

Children's Privacy

Our game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the matter.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our game, SDKs, advertising setup, analytics setup, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
